What to Bring

  • All documents printed and ready, unless you requested printing

  • Any required witnesses (estate documents often require them)

  • For loan signings: ensure all parties are available for the full duration

Before Your Appointment

  • Please review your documents for accuracy

  • Confirm the number of signers and pages

  • If printing or scanning is needed, include details in your booking

  • For hospital or care‑facility signings, confirm patient capacity and access

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment may incur a fee

  • Loan signing cancellations after printing may incur a printing fee

  • Travel fees are non‑refundable once travel has begun

  • If documents are incomplete or unsigned prematurely, the appointment may need to be rescheduled
