Notary Services

Texas notary fees are state‑regulated. Additional mobile service fees apply for travel, printing, location access, and complex appointments. The associated fees for notary services are as follows:

☞ Protesting a bill or note for nonacceptance or nonpayment, register and seal: $4

☞ Each notice of protest: $1

☞ Protesting in all other cases: $4

☞ Certificate and seal to a protest: $4

☞ Notarial act not provided for: $10

☞ Acknowledgment or proof of a deed or other instrument:
For the first signature: $10
For each additional signature: $1

☞ Administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal: $10

☞ Certificate under seal not otherwise provided for: $10

☞ Copy of a record or paper (per page): $1

☞ Deposition of a witness (per 100 words): $1

☞ Swearing a witness to a deposition (certificate, seal, etc): $10

Printing, Faxing, and Scanning Services

Other/Miscellaneous

☞ Cancellation Fee (before travel begins) – $15

☞ Cancellation Fee (en route or cancelled less than 2hrs before appt. time)- $30

☞ No Show or Refusal to Sign- Full appointment fee

☞ Parking- Varies based on location

☞ After Hours/Weekend Fee- $10

☞ Emergency/Same Day Service- +$15

☞ 10 minute grace period

☞ After 10 minute grace period, there is a $1 per minute fee
