Travel Fee: $25–$55 depending on distance
After‑Hours Fee: +$20 after 7 PM

Notes: Texas law sets the notarization fee at $10 per signature. Travel and convenience fees are separate and disclosed upfront. A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Remaining balance is due before the appointment begins.
What to Bring
A valid, unexpired government‑issued ID for each signer
All documents printed and ready, unless you requested printing
Any required witnesses (estate documents often require them)
For loan signings: ensure all parties are available for the full duration
Before Your Appointment

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment may incur a fee
Loan signing cancellations after printing may incur a printing fee
Travel fees are non‑refundable once travel has begun
If documents are incomplete or unsigned prematurely, the appointment may need to be rescheduled
